RJ Premium Family Terms

These RJ Premium Family Terms apply when you buy, manage, join, or use an RJ Premium Family subscription. They apply in addition to the RJ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Family Terms conflict with the main Terms for the RJ Premium Family subscription, these Family Terms control for that subscription.

1. FAMILY PLAN

An RJ Premium Family subscription gives the primary account holder and up to five family members access to RJ Premium through linked family accounts, subject to these Family Terms, the main Terms, and any subscription details shown at purchase.

The primary account holder is responsible for the subscription, payment method, family invitations, member management, and activity connected with the family plan. Each family member is responsible for their own account and must follow the RJ Terms of Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION

RJ Premium Family is intended for family members who live at the same address. By starting or joining a family plan, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

We may ask the primary account holder or family members to verify or re-verify eligibility, including home address information, from time to time. If we cannot verify eligibility, or if we believe the plan is being misused, we may suspend, limit, remove, or end access to the family plan.

3. INVITES AND MEMBER ACCESS

The primary account holder may invite eligible family members up to the plan limit. Invitations are for the invited family member only and may not be sold, transferred, posted publicly, or used to provide RJ Premium access to people who are not eligible.

If a family member leaves the plan, is removed, becomes ineligible, or if the family plan ends, that family member's account may be downgraded to the free service or another available plan unless they start their own paid subscription.

4. BILLING, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION

RJ Premium Family subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. If you purchased directly from RJ, you can manage or cancel through your Profile page. If you purchased through an app store or another third-party platform, you must manage or cancel through that platform's subscription settings, and that platform's billing and refund rules may apply.

If the primary account holder cancels the family plan, fails to pay, loses access, or the subscription otherwise ends, the primary account and linked family member accounts may be downgraded to the free service.

5. REFUNDS, PLAN CHANGES, AND OFFERS

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, removed family members, plan changes, or remaining trial days.

If you switch from another RJ Premium plan to RJ Premium Family, the switch may take effect immediately. Any unused time, discount, offer, or trial from your previous plan may be forfeited unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Prices, features, trials, offers, eligibility rules, verification steps, billing periods, and plan limits may change from time to time as described in the main Terms or at the time of purchase.

6. AVAILABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT

RJ may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue RJ Premium Family in whole or in part at any time. We may also refuse, cancel, suspend, remove, or limit access to a family plan if we believe there is misuse, fraud, ineligibility, nonpayment, a rights or legal issue, or a violation of these Family Terms or the main Terms.
