The Mastan Group is one of the most prominent traditional persian music ensembles in Iran. Only in his twenties, Parvaz Homay is an exceptional classical artist who composes, writes his own lyrics, sings, and produces his music. His ensemble consists of seven highly proficient Iranian musicians. Following the paths of Persian poets such as Attar and Khayyam Neyshabouri, and Sa'eb Tabrizi, the Mastan Group shares the idea of flourishing love and peace from within to become "mast" or drunk in a natural ecstatic sense, and reach the highest level of consciousness.
