Tehran is a vast city. This 686km squared city has an elevation of 1200m. Since the Alborz Mountain can be easily seen from any point in Tehran, you can always tell which geographical direction you are facing. The Milad Tower is also visible in the distance. This tower was completed in 2007 and is the world's fourth tallest tower.
