Insomnia, Radio Javan's first live talk show, was started back in summer of 2005. With hosts Ali, Hamed, Paimon, Taraneh, and Mamal, the show aired every Thursday night from Radio Javan's Atlanta studios.

Insomnia was at its roots, a unscripted, funny, talk show, spoken in both Persian and English. It was the show that would interrupt your music on Friday mornings. It was also famous on RJ for making some very hilarious promos that would play throughout the week

Radio Javan would like to thank the entire Insomnia crew for its dedication throughout the years. Insomnia aired every single week, and hardly took any breaks.

However, unfortunately due to different reasons, the time has come to retire the show. Each of the hosts will continue to have active roles in other areas of Radio Javan.

Most importantly, Insomnia had the greatest listeners, and we like to thank all of you faithful who called, emailed, and IM'd the show. The show would not have been the same without your support.

So, this Thursday at 10PM EDT or 7PM PDT, the final episode of Insomnia will air live on Radio Javan. Please listen for a special show as Insomnia says goodbye, in the way that only Insomnia could!
